Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders place & delivered in India):

* Once the order got placed within 4 hours only you able to cancel the order
* Order cancellation has to be approved from our end

Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is shipped.

Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at info@swethatelugufoods.com. And the amount will be credited to the same account from where it’s
deducted within 7 to 10 working days.
In case of Cancellation, the bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by the customer.
